Return or exchange
Are you not satisfied with your order or have you ordered the wrong size? No problem! You can return or exchange your order within 14 days. If you change your order, we will send you the correct size or product at no charge. In these situations, please contact our customer service team via email at info@alma-aarhus.com
If the return is made by the consumer, the consumer bears the shipping costs. The specific fee depends on the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or defective due to our fault and the consumer is therefore not obliged to pay the shipping costs.
As with some beauty products, liquids should not be opened or used!
Easy RETURN in 4 simple steps
Step 1: Send an email to info@alma-aarhus.com and our staff will send you a return form. Please read the conditions on the return form carefully before sending the product.
Step 2: Complete the return form completely.
Step 3: Send your order to the address on the return form. Send the goods together with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form. Make sure the package has a track and trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for shipping and delivery costs.
Step 4: Once we have received the package in perfect condition, we will arrange for the purchase amount to be refunded to your bank account within 3 working days.
Easy exchange in 4 simple steps (in case of sizing issues)
Step 1: Send an email to info@alma-aarhus.com stating your order number and the size of the product you want the correct size for. You will then receive a return form where you can return the wrong product
Step 2: Complete the return form.
Step 3: Send your order to the address on the return form. Send the goods together with the completed return form to the address indicated on the return form. Make sure the package has a track and trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for shipping and delivery costs.
Step 4: After sending the package to the address provided on the return form, we will send you the correct size for free.
Easy replacement in 4 simple steps (for damaged products)
Step 1: Send an email to info@alma-aarhus.com with the pictures or a short video of the defective/damaged product you received and briefly explain the problem with the product.
Step 2: Once we receive the pictures/videos of the product you received, our team will validate it.
Step 3: Once the validation is successful, our team will send you a free replacement order.
Step 4: Finally, our customer service team will provide you with the new tracking information for your free replacement so that you can track its status.
NOTE: Before returning your products to the above address, you must first complete a return form. The return form must be sent together with the package. For the return form, please contact our customer service via our contact page.
